Hey there, I’m Brittany Peterson, a 33-year-old who calls Edson, Alberta home with my husband and our 5 awesome kids on our beautiful farm. By day, I work as an executive assistant to Rosanna Pelton at ROSAPEL, helping keep things running smoothly. But my true joy comes from spending time with my family in the great outdoors. Whether we’re fishing on the river, snowmobiling through the mountains, or hunting for adventure, you’ll always find us making the most of nature’s wonders together. Life is an adventure, and I’m grateful to share it with the ones I love most!

Hi! I’m Liam, and I bring a mix of creativity and strategy to every project I support. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Economics from Saint Mary’s University, and I’m currently completing my Master of Arts in Atlantic Canada Studies.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with businesses, nonprofits, and academic organizations, taking on roles that range from day-to-day operations to leadership on nonprofit boards. I love finding ways to connect ideas with people and help teams communicate clearly and effectively.

Hey there, I’m Megan! I call Alberta home, where I balance life as a small business owner, social media manager, and passionate organizer helping entrepreneurs stay stress-free and on track.

With over 14 years of experience supporting small businesses and healthcare providers, I thrive on bringing structure to the chaos — from managing inboxes, workflows, and schedules to coordinating client communications and direct billing. I’m equal parts organized and creative. My background in social media strategy means I love helping businesses shine online while keeping their behind-the-scenes operations running like clockwork.

When I’m not colour-coding a Trello board or fine-tuning a system, you’ll find me in ballet class, on the pickleball court, or sipping a Diet Coke while dreaming up my next big idea. I believe work should feel both purposeful and joyful — and I love helping business owners make space for both.

Hi! I’m Heather, a seasoned admin professional with 20+ years of experience. I began my career after earning my BA in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and later completed my CCAP designation and Business Admin Diploma from McMaster University. I’m passionate about lifelong learning and proud to be the 2024 Canadian Administrative Professional of the Year through AdminsRock.

After being laid off in 2020 due to the pandemic, I launched Gronek Virtual—my freelance VA business based in Woodstock, Ontario. I love supporting clients with flexibility, dedication, and a deep toolbox of admin expertise. Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mum to Jasper and Fiona, who keep life joyful and full of adventure.
